The first West Coast location for this fast-growing East Coast salad maker focused on delivering fresh, organic, local produce in a fast-casual dining setting. By removing sections of the 2nd floor, a bright, double height space is created, with additional seating in the new mezzanine above. Completed as Project Lead at Jensen Architects.
