You’ve likely heard of the tiny house movement; this space tests the concept in the work environment.

At 200 square feet, or just slightly larger than a standard parking space, the office nonetheless provides work areas for three people, a conference table, a printing, sample and reference library area, and a kitchenette. The right side of the office is a continuous piece of custom, built-in furniture that transitions from banquette seating to floating work table to kitchenette in a single, flowing move.

The entire rear wall is clad with tile board, a hardware store product used here as a cost-effective white board. Industrial shelving brackets, desktops and shelves of MDO plywood typically used for signage, ash wood banquette and cork flooring round out the simple, honest material palette.
